- The Live Green Connecticut Festival runs both Saturday and Sunday. At at Taylor Farm, 45 Calf Pasture Beach Rd. in Norwalk. The event promotes living green with a focus on education, environmentalism and our natural resources.
- Sunday, Sept. 15 - flea market at Lockwood-Mathews Mansion and Museum from 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. is more than an old-fashioned flea market. They'll have classic and vintage cars, face painting, BBQ and more.
- Young Children's Yom Kippur Service at Temple Sholom Saturday, Sept. 14 at 1:45p.m. This Yom Kippur family friendly service will be led by Rabbi Mitchell M. Hurvitz. It is designed especially for families with children Pre-K and younger.
