2 New Tenants Announced At Guilford Office Building

GUILFORD, CT — Real estate firm O,R&L Commercial on Tuesday announced two new leases for a recently renovated office building at 1445 Boston Post Road in Guilford.

ProHealth Physicians, Inc., a leading health care provider in Connecticut, has signed a lease for 7,170 square feet of medical office space on the first floor, according to an announcement.

The provider has practices in every county in CT, according to their website.

Additionally, JAJ Financial Planning has leased 1,287 square feet of office space on the third floor. The firm provides comprehensive financial advisory services including retirement planning, investment strategy and wealth management, an announcement said.

The property at 1445 Boston Post Road has convenient access to I-95, and a central location near shopping, dining and other essential services.

Will Braun and Rich Lee of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the landlord, Bennett Realty, LLC and also procured the tenant, JAJ Financial Planning.

Kim Perna and Jennifer Gosselin of CBRE in Hartford represented ProHealth Physicians.
