Guilford Penthouse $3.65M Sale Breaks New Haven County Records
The Residences "luxury development" at 66 High St. in Guilford breaks its own record, William Raveis Real Estate One & Company Team says.

GUILFORD, CT —The Residences "luxury development" at 66 High St. in Guilford continues to set and "break its own records" for the highest condominium sales in New Haven County, according to the One & Company Team at William Raveis Real Estate.
Earlier this month, the penthouse in The Leete building at The Residences broke two New Haven County records for the highest sale for a condominium unit at $3.65 million and highest price per square foot at over $912 per square foot, a news release from William Raveis Real Estate reads.
The sale broke the previous condominium record of $2.258 million and now, The Residences holds the top four spots for the highest condominium sales in the county: $3.65 million, $2.258 million, $1.985 million and $1.625 million, according to Byron Lazine and Nicole White, co-founders of the One & Company Team at William Raveis Real Estate. They are the exclusive real estate agents for the properties.

The Residences at 66 High Street are comprised of four buildings: The Leete, The Mill, The Whitfield and The Chittenden. Every unit in the first three buildings have been completed and sold. The Chittenden building is in the final phase of construction, with a completion date scheduled for 2022, and is available for pre-sale. The 4,000-square-foot penthouse will encompass the top floor of the new building and offer panoramic views of Long Island Sound, and Lazine and White have already placed it under contract. Listed at $5 million, the penthouse is expected to break a new record in New Haven County when it closes.
