The partially-Stony Creek Granite front colonial home is situated within an intimate seaside neighborhood nestled on a quaint, private road sitting off of Vineyard Point. The first floor features an eat-in kitchen with a fireplace, a large dining room with French doors and hardwood floors, a family room with fireplace, the master bedroom and an office. The upper floor contains the spare bedrooms and a recreation/playroom with a balcony. Outside, there is a grill area and patio, an outdoor shower, and an ample-sized grassed side yard. The home is just a short walk from a private beach with rock outcropping that’s perfect for fishing, crabbing, gathering oysters and catching the incredible sunsets.
“Located about 50 miles from Hartford, 100 miles from New York City and 142 miles from Boston, this property provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of metropolitan-living,” Rollins said. “Aside from the many amenities within the home itself, its new residents will have access to a private beach, a tennis court and other recreational activities that are exclusive to this private neighborhood, the ultimate reprieve from daily life.”
