Mixed-Use Property In Guilford Sold For $1.3M: Report

GUILFORD, CT — A mixed-use residential and commercial building in Guilford recently sold for $1.3 million, according to Hartford Business Journal.

Located at 2489 Boston Post Road, the building was sold to Branford-based 248 Boston Post LLC by two people who had owned the property since 1992, Hartford Business Journal reported.

The complex, known as Butternut Hill, features residential units and commercial space, and houses Urbane hair salon and a therapeutic sports center, the news outlet said.
