New Haven-Based Medical Group Inks Deal To Move To Guilford
New Haven Neurosurgical Associates, P.C., currently at Temple Medical Center in New Haven, signed a lease for 1570 Boston Post Road site.
GUILFORD, CT — A New haven-based medical group practice is packing up and moving to Guilford.
Will Braun of O,R&L Commercial in Branford completed the final lease of 2,200 square foot medical office at Serenity Hill Office Park in Guilford. The new tenant, New Haven Neurosurgical Associates, P.C., is moving from their present location in New Haven to the new Guilford location and plans to occupy their new space in April 2022.
Braun represented both the landlord Bethel 1570, LLC and the tenant in this transaction.
Serenity Hill in Guilford was 50% vacant for multiple years. After a 12-month lease up, the building is now 100 percent occupied.
