World Trade Center-Based Firm Signs Guilford Office Space Lease

GUILFORD, CT — An AI software company whose corporate offices are located in the World Trade Center in New York, has signed a lease for a Boston Post Road location to serve as its Chief Executive Office, according to the realty agent.

Intelligent Artifacts will lease a 500 square foot space at 2415 Boston Post Road in Guilford, according to Kristin Geenty, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors.

The landlord is Mariner Properties, LLC. Bill Clark of The Geenty Group, was the agent for the landlord, and Kevin and Kristin Geenty were the agents for the tenant, according to a news release.
