Hamden Man Found Guilty In Sexual Assault Of Minor
The man has been convicted by a jury in connection with the sexual assault of a minor, according to officials.
HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden man has been convicted by a jury in connection with the sexual assault of a minor, according to officials.
Corey Baker, 48, was found guilty by a jury in New Haven Superior Court on Friday of fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor, New Haven Judicial District State’s Attorney John P. Doyle Jr. announced.
According to the Connecticut Division of Criminal Justice, evidence presented at the trial showed that Baker “engaged in inappropriate physical contact” with a girl who was known to him, beginning when she was approximately 6 years old and continuing through the age of 14.

Baker is scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 6.
