HAMDEN, CT - A Hamden resident is $17,604 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 30, the big winner from Hamden, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the Snack Plus II in Hamden and won $17,604.
