‘Likely’ Abandoned Dog Found In Hamden: Animal Control

HAMDEN, CT — The Hamden Animal Control is asking for help with finding the owner of a dog that was found behind the American Legion building.

“Does anyone recognize this dog?” the animal control wrote in a post on Facebook. “He was found behind the American Legion building on Dixwell Ave most likely dumped so any information would be appreciated. He has a black collar on and a flea collar. No tags No microchip. Please contact Hamden Animal Control at 203-230-4080 with any information.”
