Obituary: Patricia A. Gambino, 76, Of Hamden

HAMDEN, CT — (From North Haven Funeral Home): Patricia A. Barry Gambino, 76, of Hamden, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at Ark Healthcare & Rehabilitation at Branford Hills. She was the beloved wife of 54 years to William C. Gambino.

Patricia was born in Brooklyn, New York on February 6th, 1948 and was the daughter of the late Patrick and Mary Farrell Barry.

She worked as a Paraprofessional for the Hamden Board of Education for many years until her retirement.

Patricia’s enjoyment was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who she loved unconditionally.

Mother of Laura A. Crothers (Joshua) and Lisa M. Mendes (Christopher). Grandmother of Grace and Matthew Crothers, and Hailey Mendes. Sister of Maureen Sexton and the late John Barry.
