Amato (Bob) R. Masi, 82, died on Aug. 3, 2025. A U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, he worked as a traffic maintainer for the Town of Hamden for 27 years, where he also served as Vice President of the Town Hall union.

Dolores J. Stacey, 92, died Aug. 11, 2025. She worked as a C.N.A. at Hamden HealthCare for 23 years before retiring in 2004, and enjoyed family gatherings, time with her grandchildren, and was a devoted parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church for more than 30 years.

Marie Spivey, 90, died Aug. 15, 2025. She worked for many years as a caregiver at A.R.C., and enjoyed animals, word searches, and watching westerns and old movies.

Maria Engracia Santiago Diaz, 89, died on Aug. 16, 2025. A longtime machine operator at Lender Bagels, she was active in church activities and helped establish a Sunday School extension.

Fred Liedke, 82, died on Aug. 17, 2025. A mechanical engineer and FCC-licensed ham operator, he enjoyed mentoring young engineers, boating, water-skiing, NASCAR, UConn women’s basketball, tinkering with electronics, and playing accordion, piano, and guitar.

Sylvia Longobardi Coria, 105, died on Aug. 24, 2025. An avid bowler, seasoned traveler, and founding member of the G.E.M.M.S. club, she enjoyed making pasta fagiole and spending time with friends.
