HAMDEN, CT — The Town of Hamden is hiring a school crossing guard.
The town is “seeking a highly qualified, self-motivated, goal oriented Crossing Guard,” according to the job posting.
“Crossing Guards are assigned at various locations throughout Hamden for the purpose of crossings school children at intersections near public and private school buildings,” the post on the town website reads. “These intersections are carefully selected with a focus on levels of pedestrian and vehicle traffic.”
