SHAmazing Students!
This October at Nelson Hall Theatre, audiences experienced a rare collaboration: thirty students from Sacred Heart Academy’s Musical Theatre program in Hamden will perform alongside NBC’s America’s Got Talent semi-finalists, the Sharpe Family Singers, in the powerful finale “One Day More” from Les Misérables.
While the Sharpe Family Singers bring their signature mix of Broadway hits, pop standards, and family harmonies, the Sacred Heart Academy students will appear exclusively in the finale. Together, they will create a once-in-a-lifetime musical moment that blends star power with hometown pride. The Sharpe Family Singers—Ron, Barb, and their four children—are featured in Nelson Hall’s 2025 Fall Concert Series. Known for their dynamic stage presence and family-friendly musical content, they’ve gained an international following with over 9 million social media fans.
