‘Unique Shopping Experience’ Opens In Hamden
A new business, billed as a "unique shopping experience" with shopping "like you've never seen before," recently celebrated its opening.
HAMDEN, CT — A new vendor boutique shop recently celebrated its grand opening in Hamden.
The Shops at Event Edge, located at 4133 Whitney Avenue, hosted a ribbon-cutting celebration last Friday with Mayor Lauren Garrett and the Hamden Regional Chamber of Commerce, according to a post on the town’s Facebook page.
“Talk about something fresh and original, The Shops at Event Edge is now open for business!” the post reads. “Billed as ‘A Unique Shopping Experience,’ this is shopping like you’ve never seen before. Nearly 75 local small businesses, crafters, and artists have come together under one roof to offer an array of goods for sale.

“Event Edge features a creative mix of vendor shelves in the center of the store and boutique-style shops around the perimeter.
“From jewelry, purses, and sunglasses to handmade pens, notebooks, pillows, and more, it’s truly a one-stop shopping destination!”
