Hell's Kitchen Season, Shot At Foxwoods, To Premiere This Week
Season 23 of the show featuring Gordon Ramsay will premiere Thursday. The entire season was shot at the casino resort.
LEDYARD, CT — Season 23 of Hell's Kitchen, filmed at Foxwoods Resort Casino, will premiere on Fox on Thursday night.
The Gordon Ramsay vehicle will air at 8 p.m.
"Viewers will get a first look at the fiery competition set in Foxwoods Resort Casino’s custom-built studio – the first time a new set has ever been constructed on any property for this show," according to a statement. "Along with the intense kitchen action, you’ll see the stunning resort as the backdrop, along with highlights of local Connecticut spots that reflect the rich culture and history of the surrounding area."

The show's 24th season was also shot at Foxwoods over the summer.
The show involves Ramsay coaching two teams dressed in blue and red jackets respectively on cooking in high-pressure situations.

Ramsay, a Michelin-star chef, also opened the sixth Hell's Kitchen restaurant last year at Foxwoods' Grand Pequot Tower.
Ramsay has had an eventful time while in Connecticut filming the show. He was hospitalized after a serious bicycle accident, in which he credits a bike helmet for saving his life.
He was also spotted dining at a Mystic restaurant in June.
