Here are five outstanding nonprofit groups you should know about in the YOUR PATCH area:
1. Warm The Children: Warm The Children is a joint program between the Rotary Club of Madison and the Guilford Rotary Club. This project is quite special as the two clubs have raised substantial funds from the community to shop for families during the holidays to ensure children have the warm clothes necessary during the cold winter months. Each family receives upwards of $100 to $150 per child to purchase winter clothes.

2. Holiday Basket: The Holiday Basket is a program of the Community Services of Madison. The Holiday Basket ensures every Madison family can enjoy a proper holiday meal regardless of financial restrictions. The Holiday Food Baskets are available for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
3. Toys For Tots: Toys for Tots is a program run by The Madison Winter Club. The items will help fill the needs of young children in the community during the holidays. All items are delivered to the Madison Police Department's Toys for Tots program.

4. The Barn: The Barn’s mission is to empower young people to pursue their interests and passions by encouraging a sense of community through creativity, music and the arts in a safe and supportive environment.
5. Madison Emergency Medical Services: As a non-profit organization, Madison Emergency Medical Services needs the community's help to thrive. Madison EMS's mission is to provide the finest quality patient care through a team of highly skilled professionals.
