The Women’s Club of Madison recently distributed 10 Afghans to the Madison Police Department to be used to comfort people involved in accidents and families in need, 10 Afghans to the North Congregational Church to support the Free Forever Prison Ministry in New Haven, and 21 Afghans to The Ronald MacDonald House, also in New Haven.

The Afghans are created by the Women’s Club of Madison Knitting Group, which was founded 25 years ago with the goal of providing warm, comforting afghans to people in need within our community.
