Cooling Center Established In Madison For This Week's Heatwave
A heatwave is expected in Connecticut through Wednesday.
MADISON, CT — The Madison Senior Center will operate as a Cooling Center beginning on Sunday, June 22, due to an expected heatwave in Connecticut, according to officials.
The center will be open at the following dates and times:
- Sunday, June 22nd: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Monday, June 23rd: 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 24th: 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 25th: 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Thursday, June 26th: 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
