Give Feedback On Madison's Strategic Plan Draft

MADISON, CT — Madison is hosting an informational meeting to discuss a draft of the Town’s strategic plan.

The meeting will be held Monday, Nov. 13, at 6 p.m. at the Town Campus, Room A, and remotely via Zoom.

The draft results from community feedback received over the last six months through community surveys, focus groups, a visioning session and a leadership retreat.

The draft lays out a Town vision and mission statement and identifies key focus areas' strategic goals and objectives.

Madison is welcoming feedback during the public information meeting on the draft document. The draft does not include the implementation plan for the Town government, which will be forthcoming.
