Madison Newcomers Club Launches 2025–2026 Season with Fall Gathering

New to Madison? Join the Fun at the Organization's Fall Kickoff Meeting!

MADISON, Conn. – New to Madison in the past seven years? Join the Madison Newcomers Club for the organization’s Fall Kickoff General Meeting and kick off a new year of service to the community.

Set for Thursday, Sept. 25, from 7 to 9 p.m., attendees will enjoy an evening of community and connection as area residents gather around the fire pit at Madison Earth Care, located at 1250 Durham Road in Madison. Roast marshmallows, sip wine, sample cheeses, and unwind with both new and returning members. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.

Optional donations of baby diapers and wipes will be collected in support of Bare Necessities, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping families in need.

Since it was founded in 1968, the Madison Newcomers Club has served as a meeting ground for women who are new town residents. The club aims to help members become acquainted with one another and take an active role in the civics and social welfare of our community. The club’s activities are varied and plentiful, including monthly meetings, special interest groups, a number of committees, and ongoing social activities.
