Madison Oyster House Receives Approval From PZC: Report

The Madison PZC voted unanimously on Nov. 16 to approve the Planned Development District for the Madison Oyster House.

MADISON, CT — The Madison Oyster House is one step closer to opening after the Madison Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Planned Development District (PDD), according to a new report from CT Insider.

The Madison Oyster House, a steak and seafood restaurant at 251 Boston Post Rd., replaces the former Madison Winter Club.

It was important for the applicant, My Four Boys LLC. Frasher Lulaj, to receive approval for the PDD because it allows for a restaurant in the residential district.
