Pedestrian Improvement Project In Madison Nears Completion
The project improves pedestrian access along Woodland, Durham and Bradley roads.

MADISON, CT — Crews are wrapping up the Pedestrian Improvement Project in Madison this month along Woodland, Durham and Bradley roads, according to First Selectwoman Peggy Lyons.
The project is being funded through the Community Connectivity Grant Program and Transit-Oriented Development Grant Program.
"This project aims to improve pedestrian access to the downtown area by constructing new 5 ft. minimum-width concrete sidewalks," Lyons wrote in a recent Community Update.
