- Gregg A. Marsh, 47, 30 Horsepond Road, Madison, CT on Feb. 7, 2013, charged with operation while under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane
- Douglas J. Riden, 33, 12 Norwich Salem Tp, Oakdale, CT on Feb. 9, 2013 charged with breach of peace
