This is to inform you that a Public Information Meeting for the above-referenced project has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 6:00 PM in Meeting Room A, Madison Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, CT 06443. This meeting is a hybrid meeting which allows interested parties to attend virtually via Zoom in addition to in person. To attend virtually, please locate the Zoom link which will be posted on the Town of Madison website calendar.
Project Engineers will present the pavement rehabilitation, drainage improvements, project timeline and other construction-related details as are currently available. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to learn about the project at this preliminary juncture and to offer any questions and comments.
