Roads Will Close During Madison Memorial Day Parade: Here's The List
Madison's Memorial Day Parade will require some roads to be closed, police officials announced.
MADISON, CT — Madison Police officials said the annual Town of Madison Memorial Day Parade will require some roads to be closed.
The Memorial Day Parade will be held on Monday, May 29, starting at 10 a.m.
Police officials said the parade will proceed west on Boston Post Road from Samson Rock Drive to Madison Town Green.

Residents and motorists should expect traffic delays along the parade route between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., police said.
Affected areas will include Boston Post Road and all intersecting roads between Wall Street/Samson Rock Drive and Copse Road, including Durham Road (Route 79), Meig’s Avenue, Academy Street, Island Avenue, Britton Lane and West Warf Road, police said.

Police officials said motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes during the parade.
Residents/visitors requiring access to Middle Beach Road, The Madison Beach Hotel, or the Madison Country Club should use East Warf Road to access those areas during the parade, police said.
