Warner Wealth Acquires K D Sullivan Wealth Strategies, Expanding Strategic Footprint
Merger brings enhanced, integrated services—including tax planning, financial planning, and Medicare—to clients of Kevin R. Sullivan.

MADISON, Conn. – Nov. 17, 2025 – Warner Wealth (www.warnerwm.com), a valued wealth management firm, today announced the acquisition of K D Sullivan Wealth Strategies (www.kdsullivanwealthstrategies.com), the financial advisory practice of Kevin R. Sullivan, AIF®. The acquisition, finalized on November 14, 2025, merges Mr. Sullivan's practice with Warner Wealth. Terms of the transaction were not made public. This strategic move provides clients of K D Sullivan Wealth Strategies with immediate access to Warner Wealth's comprehensive, in-house suite of services, including specialized support in Medicare, full-service tax planning and preparation, and advanced financial planning.
