Gamers Get Preview of New Nintendo Wii U Games in Manchester

Local gamers got a treat Wednesday, June 12, 2013, when dozens flocked to the Best Buy at 120 Slater St. to be among the first to play recently announced new Nintendo Wii U games.

The new games were unveiled at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles on Tuesday, and include updated versions of such classics as Mario Kart, Donkey Kong and the Legend of Zelda. 

The Manchester Best Buy is the only location in the state where the games will be available to play. There will be another preview day of the new games at the store on Saturday, June 15, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public.
