I wish we could get every mortgage done, but unfortunately that will never happen. The client was supposed to get a $56,000 second mortgage released that they she was not aware had been recorded. I wish we had known about that obligation before we started the mortgage process, but that was not the case.

The bottom line, even if we were not successful, our relationship with the client is still very strong and as she indicated, at some point, I’ll get a mortgage accomplished for her.
