Letter: Endorsing Floyd-Cranford in Manchester

To the Editor:

I’m writing in support of Pamela Floyd-Cranford for a seat on the Manchester Board of Directors. I’ve known Pamela for approximately ten years and have interacted with her on a variety projects in Manchester and Greater Hartford. She is a team-player who strikes the perfect balance between offering her perspective and ideas vs. listening and adapting to the good ideas of others. A long-time resident of Manchester, Pamela cares deeply about quality of life, education, taxes, and expanding participation in our democracy.

As a social worker for more than two decades, Pamela has keen insights into the challenges Manchester’s most vulnerable citizens face every day. Those insights will help her and the Board of Directors craft policies that make Manchester work well for all its residents. As a project manager at the Department of Children and Families, Pamela is used to working with multi-million dollar budgets and making every dollar count. She will be ready to govern on her first day in office. Vote for Pamela Floyd-Cranford.
