MANCHESTER, CT — A Manchester educator was sworn in to the state legislature Wednesday and will be taking over for a familiar face who is assuming a staff role.
Democratic State Representative Patrick Biggins will represent the 11th District, covering East Hartford and Manchester. Biggins replaces Jeff Currey, who did not seek re-election for a sixth term but will serve as chief of staff for House Majority Leader Jason Rojas.
