The Manchester Police Department and Manchester PAL have announced a 3-on-3 youth basketball tournament that will take place over the course of the next six Fridays (weather permitting) at Charter Oak Park in town.
Youth play for free in the tournament, and water and pizza is provided after the games. Parents must bring their children to the courts at Charter Oak Park to fill out the registration forms, which will be available there.
Dates of play - weather permitting - are Friday July 12, Friday July 19, Friday July 26, Friday, Aug. 2 and Friday Aug. 9. All games begin at 5 p.m.
The championship game for the tournament is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 16.
