Jason A. Guilbeault, no age given, of 3 Robert Rd., Columbia, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault after police say a road rage incident at the intersection of Main and North Main streets led to a fight. 

Amanda J. Howe, no age given, of 123 Waddell Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault after police say a road rage incident at the intersection of Main and North Main streets led to a fight.
