June 12

Claridsa Marie Negron Garcia, no age given, of 345 Buckland Hills Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Joseph R. Shell, no age given, of 605 Lower Lane, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. 

Matthew Baumberger, 24, of 85 Hamlin St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and two counts of disorderly conduct. 

Joseph Louis Rickert, no age given, of 51 Mill St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor after police say neighbors saw his son "wandering in traffic" in the area of Sheldon Rd.

Carol M. Garcia, no age given, of 345 Buckland Hills Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Julio Enrique Aponte, no age given, of 806 Misty Meadow Lane, South Windsor, was charged with sixth degree larceny and two counts of failure to appear. 

Daniel Stephen Macfarland, no age given, of 262 Crystal Lake Rd., Tolland, was charged with failure to appear and possession of narcotics. 

Malgorzata C. Ingraham, no age given, of 847 Asylum Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Joshua Lee Torres, no age given, of 12 Moore St., Manchester, was charged with violation of probation. 

Nicholas David Bartolucci, 20, of 65 Shoddymill Rd., Bolton, was charged with violation of a protective order, engaging officers in a pursuit, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, speeding, traveling unreasonably fast and running a traffic sign and a stop light after police say he went to his girlfriend's house, who had a protective order against him, and then engaged police in a pursuit that ended when he crashed his car in Hebron. 

Dwight Newton-Batchelor, no age given, of 74 Garden St., Manchester, was charged with violation of probation. 

Stephen James Brown, no age given, of 136 Stafford Rd., Ellington, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

Rufus Howell, no age given, of 51 South St., Vernon, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
