Manchester Police Blotter: June 17 - June 20, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of June 20, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

June 17

Denzel Booker, no age given, of 46 Downey Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Evelyn L. Abele, no age given, of 33 Norman St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny. 

Dwayne D. Young, no age given, of 4 Frederick Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school, and possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school. 

James Francis Vicki, no age given, of 30 Hazel St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree burglary. 

June 18 

Kyle Grechika, no age given, of 76 Matt Lane, Moodus, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, failure to appear and third-degree robbery after police say he stole items from Big Y and then fought with store security. 

Sydney Rashida Ransom, no age given, of 158 Kensington St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. 

Nicholas Gregory Strums, no age given, of 361 East Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. 

Sarah M. Robbins, no age given, of 76 Devon Dr., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Brianna Lee Hesselbein, no age given, of 45A Edgarton Rd., Columbia, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears.  

Jack Thomas Melan, no age given, of 47 Worcester Rd., Vernon, was charged with two counts of failure to appear and failure to pay or plead an infraction. 

Lashawna M. Webster, no age given, of 45 Rosemont St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears. 

Matthew A. Miskin, no age given, of 155 Main St., Apt. B, Broadbrook, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Richard R. Jarnot II, no age given, of 30 Newberry Rd., East Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

June 19 

Jessica Baez, no age given, of 30 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. 

John Louis Lynn, 41, of 190 Pine St. #125, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Brittany S. Mills, no age given, of 190 Pine St. #125, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Jordan Williams Davis, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession  of a shoplifting device. 

Richard E. Dunham, no age given, of 34 Huyshope Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery. 

Serena R. Ifill, no age given, of 72 Preston St., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, criminal liability for acts of another, conspiracy, criminal simulation and third-degree forgery. 

Shericka M. Hyde, no age given, of 1081 Blue Hills Ave., Bloomfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Martha Valenciazaparta, no age given, of 1327 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence. 

June 20 

Jordan Lyle Goldstein, no age given, of 91 Chestnut St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. 

Abdiel Gabriel Sanchez, no age given, of Hartland St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint. 

O'Neal D. Mapp, no age given, of 354 Laurel St, Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery. 

Scott A. Swanson, no age given, of 198 Ridgewood Dr., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with police and simple trespass. 

Sean Michael Griffin, no age given, of 41 Niles St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Megan Taylor Callahan, no age given, of 7 Eldridge St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy for allegedly shoplifting from JCPenny. 

Carri-Anne Hall, no age given, of 154 Park St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Walter S. Champagne, no age given, of 103 Sisson St., East Hartford, was charged with reckless use of the highway by a pedestrian after police say he was soliciting motorists for money in the road near Exit 62 of the I-84 offramp.
