Manchester Police Make Large Marijuana Bust

Manchester police seized 8.24 ounces of marijuana during a buy/bust operation in the parking lot of D&D Caterers on Spruce and Wells streets. 

According to police, Jahvaney Beckford was taken into custody after he dealt marijuana to undercover police officers in the parking lot. Police seized 8.24 ounces of marijuana during the arrest. 

Police also conducted a search of Beckford's residence at 88 Wells St. in town. 

Beckford was also served with three other warrants for the sale and possession of marijuana during the arrest. 

He is being held on a $25,000 surety bond.
