MANCHESTER, CT — The particulars have been announced for next week's scheduled grand opening of Raising Cane's in Manchester.
Raising Cane’s is officially opening its first Manchester Restaurant on Oct. 28 at 75 Buckland St.
The new restaurant features a drive-through and a dining room that "celebrates Manchester’s rich industrial heritage by honoring Pitkin Glassworks and Cheney Silk" with vintage postcards and advertising signage.
The Restaurant interior also spotlights local legends like Olympic medalist Joe McCluskey, World Series champion Jay Johnstone and two-time NCAA gymnastics standout Ashleigh Clare-Kearney with photographs and memorabilia through the Restaurant.

Vintage posters showcase iconic Manchester events such as the Jazz Festival, Homeland Day and the Manchester Road Race.

"Manchester is a great community and we’re looking forward to serving our Craveable Chicken Finger Meals to customers and fans. We've been well received across the state of Connecticut since opening our first Restaurant in the state last year and are excited to continue that growth and energy in Manchester," Raising Cane’s owner and founder Todd Graves said. "Our Crew are ready to open our doors and begin serving up our signature One Love for years to come."

Before doors open at 10 a.m. on Oct. 28, Raising Cane's "encourages Customers to secure a place in line as the party will start early with an array of can’t-miss giveaways and celebrations for the community."
It includes:
- A "Lucky 20" drawing to award 20 Customers (age 13 and older) free Cane’s for a Year. Entries are accepted from 8 to 9 a.m., with the drawing held shortly after. Customers must be present to win.
- A commemorative beanie and a free Box Combo Card, valid on a future visit, for the first 100 Combos purchased in-restaurant. Limit one hat and card per combo purchased — while supplies last.
- DJ Dan Fudim spinning tunes to keep the crowd pumped up from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- A ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce beginning at approximately 9 a.m.
- CAST Children’s Theater, whose mission is to enrich the lives of children through the magic of performing arts, will be there. $1,000 check>
- An ADDITIONAL "Lucky 3" spooky season-themed drawing for three customers (age 13 or older) to win free Cane's for a Year from 5 to 6 p.m. Halloween candy, coloring sheets and Cane's faux tattoos will also be available. Customers must be present to win. Costumes are encouraged but not required to enter.

The new raising Cane's will be open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. with extended hours Friday and Saturday from 10 to 2 a.m. "to satisfy late night chicken finger cravings."
