Police Nab Naked Hotel Guest

Michael Bottass, 25, of Torrington, is facing charges of breach of peace after police say guests at the Fairfield Inn in town complained of him walking around naked.

Some guests at the Fairfield Inn on Pavilions Drive saw more than they wanted of one particular guest Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013, after a naked man was reported strolling around the halls of the hotel. 
Police said they were called to the hotel across from the Shoppes at Buckland Hills mall at approximately 2 p..m. Thursday after receiving complaints of an "emotionally disturbed person" walking around naked.

When police arrived, according to Cpt. Christopher Davis of the Manchester Police Department, they found Michael Bottass, 25, of Torrington, leaning naked against the door to his room and saying the words "bed, bed, bed" repeatedly. 

Davis said it was unclear if Bottass was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time. 

Bottass is facing charges of breach of peace for the incident.
