Police have issued a silver alert for a 33-year old Manchester woman who has been missing since Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013.  The woman, Latoya Dunn, is black with black hair and brown eyes. Police said she weighs about 165 pounds and stands 5'6". Police said Dunn may be in the New York area.  Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Manchester Police Department at 860-645-5500.

Latoya Dunn has not been seen since Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013.
