CT Trails Day Celebration Coming to Mansfield

Experience the great outdoors - locally! - with family and friends.

Fill up your water bottles and lace up those hiking boots. The nation's largest National Trails Day celebration is fast approaching.

Connecticut's National Trails Day Weekend 2013 is set for Saturday, June 1-Sunday June 2, and it promises to be a "fun-filled" event.

This year, participants can choose from nearly 300 events in over 150 towns on more than 560 miles of trail, according to the Connecticut Park & Forest Association.

So why not start the celebration in Mansfield?

Hike
