CT Women of Hope Run Held in Mansfield

From the CT Women of Hope Run:

MANSFIELD, CT - Join us for the CT Women of Hope 10k/5k and 1-mile run on September 17, 2016.

The 2016 CT Women of Hope Run will be bigger and better than ever. A new location, new distance, new prizes and more! The day will feature a 10k and 5k road race along with a one-mile walk/jog. Pre-registered runners receive great giveaways and we’ll have prize money for the top competitors in the 10k. All proceeds benefit the CT Women of Hope as they raise awareness, advocate, educate, provide food & gift baskets and financial assistance for those with Ovarian Cancer. If you aren’t up for a run you can still fundraise and/or volunteer! T-shirts for all pre-registered runners and walkers. This is a USATF Sanctioned Event on a USATF certified course.
We have a new location this year at Mansfield Middle School! In addition to new course offerings, Manchester Running Company is now handling the race operations and timing will be provided by The Last Mile Racing, so you know you’re in good hands.

We are also in need of donations for our 4th Annual 10K & 5K Run/Walk for Ovarian Cancer. Needed items include gift baskets, gift cards/certificates for our raffle baskets.
