STORRS, CT — The University of Connecticut will test its emergency notification and alerting system, UConnALERT, on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at 12:25 p.m., on all campuses.

The test involves multiple messaging platforms.

A notice will be posted on the UConn Alert website (alert.uconn.edu); an email will be sent to all students, faculty, and staff; and posts will appear on the University’s Facebook and X (formerly known as Twitter) accounts.
