CONNECTICUT — A Mansfield woman is still missing, and her family is asking the community to help by reviewing any available video footage that may provide clues to her whereabouts.

Anne Marie Pappalardo, 61, was last seen on Sunday, Oct. 26.

On Thursday, her family asked businesses, homeowners, hikers, hunters, trail users, and anyone with security cameras, dash cameras, trail cameras, doorbell cameras, or parking lot surveillance to review their footage.

They are specifically interested in footage from Willimantic / Windham, Mansfield, Ashford, Chaplin, Eastford, Woodstock, Phoenixville, and along Route 198 and surrounding side roads.

The primary timeframe to review footage is from Sunday, Oct. 26 at approximately 4:45 p.m. through Monday, Oct. 27 at 2 p.m., but movement before or after this timeframe may also be relevant, according to the family.

“Residents and businesses are also asked to report if they may have seen anyone walking on foot in the area of Route 198, forest access roads, trailheads, or nearby properties during this timeframe,” the announcement said.

Pappalardo’s car, a maroon/red Honda Civic, was located near Natchaug State Forest.

She is described as being 5 feet, 8 inches tall, with blondish-brown hair and green eyes. She was believed to be wearing a dark shirt, a vest, black leggings, and brown boots at the time she was last seen.

The family said there are no confirmed leads to date, and “even the smallest detail may be meaningful.”

The Pappalardo family issued the following statement: “We are pleading with our community. It may only take a few minutes to look through your footage, but it could change everything. Something small may be the thing that brings Anne home.”

The family thanked everyone who has helped and offered support.

“Your compassion and commitment mean more than words can express,” the family said.
