COVENTRY, CT — Golfers who need to get a grip need to look no further than this week's Hidden Gem.

Welcome to The Golf Factory on Bread and Milk Street in Coventry.

Those who play at Twin Hills Country Club know it well, because The Golf Factory is located next door. It is tucked in the back of an adjacent parcel — literally in a hut.

But small in stature is made up by complete service, whether it is grip repair (same-day if necessary), new clubs, club repair, golf balls, putters and even lessons (by appointment).

It totally has an old-school feel but with state-of-the-art results.
