Movement for Workplace/Busy Lives
January 28 6:30 – 8:00 PM
Mansfield Public Library Program Room
In this fast-paced world, it seems impossible to fit in any kind of exercise or movement into the work day. Many of us are chained to the desk, phone or computer and are buried under an ever-growing Inbox.
However, a little movement can rejuvenate the mind and body and actually increase productivity without increasing the number of work hours. In this session, Mary Hurley, holistic health coach and certified personal trainer, will teach a series of breathing techniques, stretching and strengthening movements that can be done throughout the work day with no need for equipment.
Presented by certified Personal Trainer and Level One Corrective Exercise Specialist Mary Hurley in the BioMechanics Method.
