MANSFIELD, CT — A crash that seemed like a game a vehicular pinball damaged two vehicles, a mailbox and a house in Mansfield, state police said.

The crash took place Friday at 11:16 p.m., state police said.

According to a crash report, a 2024 Nissan Versa was parked in a driveway along the 900 block of Warrenville Road. A 1998 Ford Ranger with a 19-year-old Mansfield man at the wheel then came along in the southbound lane and, for some reason, veered across the road and hit the Nissan, according to a crash report.

The Nissan was pushed into a tree, which subsequently damaged a home, according to a crash report. The Ford then caromed off the Nissan, ran over a mailbox and hit a rock wall before rolling over and spinning back onto the road, according to a crash report.

The driver of the Ford was taken to Windham Hospital with minor injuries, a crash report indicates.
