Storrs CT Lottery Player Wins Top Jackpot At 'Cheap' Gas Station
A festive scratch game ticket bought by a Storrs player turned into an early holiday season present.
WILLIMANTIC, CT — A gas station in Willimantic that regularly posts the cheapest prices in the area churned out a big CT Lottery prize for a Storrs player in a festive scratch game earlier this week.
On Nov. 24, the unnamed player cashed in a $50,000 winner in the Holiday Cash 50X game.
That's the top prize in the $5 scratch game.

The ticket was purchased at the A-1 gas station, located at 1605 West Main St. in Willimantic.
