UConn Grad, Former Trump White House Aide To Compete On 'The Bachelor'

A UConn graduate will be one of 32 women competing on the upcoming "Bachelor" season.

SRORRS, CT — A University of Connecticut graduate and former aide in the Trump White House will be appearing as a contestant in the next segment's of ABC's "The Bachelor."

Marlena Haddad, 26, is listed as a "finance writer" from "West Palm Beach" in her "Bachelor" biography. A Linked In account lists her as a New York-area writer and analyst for SPACs. Her credits include several appearances on Fox News.

Haddad was an economics major at UConn.

Haddad will be one of 32 vying for the affections of tennis hotshot Joey Graziadei, who was on season 20 of "The Bachelorette."

"The Bachelor" is set to premier at 8 p.m. Jan. 22 on ABC.
