UConn's Dan Hurley Says No To L.A. Lakers Job And $70 Million: Report
Hurley will seek a third straight national championship at the University of Connecticut.

STORRS, CT — Two-time NCAA champion coach Dan Hurley has rejected a six-year contract offer totaling $70 million from the Los Angeles Lakers and instead will seek to lead the University of Connecticut men's basketball team to a third straight title, as reported by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Hurley visited with Lakers officials on Friday in Los Angeles and flew back to the northeast on Saturday and attended a Billy Joel concert at Madison Square Garden.
