Wally's Chicken Coop Owners Facing Lawsuit Over Nuggets

The owners of Wally's Chicken Coop have been slapped with a lawsuit by an Old Greenwich chicken nugget chain that claims the Storrs business stole its "business model," "recipes" and "trade secrets," Greenwichtime.com reports.

Garden Catering, which has several locations throughout Connecticut and New York, has filed an "intellectual property" lawsuit against Wally's owners, and former Garden Catering employees Michael Natale and Jeff Natale in U.S. District Court in New Haven, according to the Greenwichtime.com article.

Wally's lawyer James Doyle is seeking to dismiss the case, telling Greenwichtime.com, "It's that ridiculous. All the claims are frivolous."
